Inversion Workshop

Tackle your New Year’s resolutions head on with this 90 minute inversion workshop. In this workshop we will work on headstand, forearm stand and handstand. You will learn how to prep for these poses, how to safely get out of inversions, drills and techniques as well as modifications and advancements. Suitable for all practitioners working on getting upside down.
Cost is $30.
