Grace Robinson and her full band are "gracing" (hahahaha) the Punters Club stage performing their recently recorded and unreleased debut album from start to finish.
Grace Robinson is a Melbourne-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, vocal coach, and booking agent whose versatility has cemented her as a force in the Australian music industry. She has toured extensively as the lead singer of electro-soul powerhouse Empress, gracing major festival stages like Dark Mofo and Beyond The Valley. Now, she is stepping into her solo career with debut album Person, Patient Person, set for release in late 2025 with ARIA-winning producer Alex Gorman.
Her new music marks a return to her roots—indie rock steeped in dry wit, raw vulnerability, and staggering vocal agility, all delivered with her signature mint-colored Danelectro guitar. Inspired by Sharon Van Etten, Phoebe Bridgers, and Julia Jacklin, her songwriting balances epic anthems with introspective storytelling. Backed by some of Naarm’s finest musicians, Grace’s live shows feel both intimate and electric, revealing personal tales laced with self-deprecating humor. By the end of her set, you’ll likely know all about her therapy sessions, her mum, and why she still believes the Collingwood Pies deserved back-to-back wins. With sold-out shows and major festival slots already under her belt, 2025 is set to be her breakout year.
Opening the night, Danika brings her trio to Punters Club for their first show of 2025, offering her signature blend of raw folk, soulful melodies, and razor-sharp wit. Known for her tender lyricism and charismatic stage presence. Danika weaves timeless songs that linger with intimacy and emotional depth. Her 2024 national tour saw her sell out shows across the east coast, perform at iconic venues like Phoenix Central Park, and tour New Zealand with a standout set at Camp A Low Hum.
