Floating Sound Bath Meditation

Let Ryan serenade your soul with the soothing sounds of his singing bowls, while you float in the comfort of one of our aerial silks. This sound bath meditation is great for beginners as well as those who have their own meditation practice. No aerial experience necessary. Spaces are very limited.
Please bring a mat and water. Please wear a shirt that covers the underarms and avoid jewelry to help keep the silks clean and snag-free. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow adequate time to size your aerial silk.
