We all carry things that feel immovable - a question, a problem, a pattern, or a part of ourselves we can’t quite shift. Sometimes talking isn’t enough. Sometimes we’re tired of trying to solve everything ourselves, in our heads. Sometimes we need to hand over to something deeper, something shared, something embodied.
That’s what this workshop is all about.
We’re Beck Ronkson and Grzegorz Zielinski, and both of us have been working with process-oriented psychology for over two decades. In that time, our understanding of this approach has transformed and continues to evolve. We’ve come to believe that the most powerful change doesn’t happen by force, but by following what wants to happen.
That’s why we created this space.
Danced by the Field invites you to bring a challenge - whatever’s been sitting quietly (or loudly) inside you, and explore it in non-verbal ways. It might be movement, a sense of ritual or sound, but no experience in Process Work or expressive arts is necessary. You just need curiosity and a willingness to play. Looking for not-your-average Friday night out? This is it!
Together, we’ll explore the dance between the personal and the collective, between the everyday and the dreamlike. We’ll begin with a short introduction to process-oriented approaches to challenges, then dive into shared practices designed to shift what feels stuck, not by pushing, but by listening to the deeper rhythms beneath.
Whether you’re brand new to this work or returning with experience, you’re welcome. Know someone who is curious? Bring them with you. This is for people who are hungry to experiment - with psychology, with creative process, and with new ways of making meaning in community.
We’d love you to be part of it.
