Two of Melbourne's stand out chefs (Alessandro Luppolo and Marco Dazzan) have prepared a feast for the senses with this edition of Cocoa Symphony.
Each dish has an element of or created from the cocoa bean expertly blended with it.
There is an option for paired Northern Italian wines, that match our chefs heritage or for non-alcoholic pairing as well.
