Welcome to Chakras 101! We’ll be going over the basics of our chakra systems and the role they play in our lives! This class is perfect for people in the beginning of their spiritual journey and wanting to learn more, as well as anyone wanting a refresher course.

In this class, we’ll go over…

-What chakras are
-Their history
-Their importance
-How to work with them

After lecture, we’ll teach and practice a chakra tune-in and balancing meditation.

-Yoga Mat

Madellyne “Spirit of the Light” Chandler is an Inca Peruvian trained Shaman, Life & Spiritual Coach, and General Manager at Chacana. She’s a natural born trailblazer and mold breaker. She has always felt drawn to spirituality since she was a child, and has always felt in tune to the emotions of those around her. She is honored and blessed to have the opportunity to follow her Soul Calling. She has a strong passion for helping others learn how to heal themselves and cultivate the lives they want to live. She loves creating a safe space for people to express and discover themselves, without the fear of being judged. Her purpose is to awaken other’s inner power, and assist in raising the collective consciousness.
