‘Celestial’ is a new jewellery collection by Spanish-Australian artist Juan Castro, drawing inspiration from the interior architecture and soft colour palettes of historic European churches. In a departure from his previous works, this collection features pieces crafted in sterling silver, accented with gold embellishments and gemstones in muted hues.
Juan has embraced smooth, flowing lines and curvaceous forms, reflecting the graceful arches and details of sacred architecture. 'Celestial' wil exhibit at e.g.etal gallery from 8 May to 28 May, 2025.
Please join us at the opening event on Thursday 8 May from 5pm for drinks, and where you can meet Juan and be one of the first to see this new exhibition in person.
This exhibition is presented as part of Melbourne Design Week 2025. Melbourne Design Week is an initiative of the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria.
