A Kids' Class for Ages 7 & Under

🧘‍♂️ Swing, stretch and smile in this magical introduction to aerial yoga—just for our youngest yogis! This special class is designed to gently guide children through the joys of yoga using supportive aerial hammocks in a way that feels like play.

✨ What to Expect:
A small class size (just 6 kids!) for extra care and attention
A slower-paced session with more time for exploration
Creative movement, gentle stretching, and calming breathwork
Lots of playtime in the hammocks to build confidence and joy
A cozy, welcoming space where your little one can shine 🌟
