It's that time of the year again and we are excited to start kicking back into tryouts! Two years in a row we have had 4 teams qualify for USAV Nationals and this year one of those being a littles team - our 12s! We love seeing our younger and older girls all have so much much success on so many levels from our local all the way to the national teams. We hope to continue that love and joy through many more years!
So...wondering which team is best fit for you? Here's a quick overview:
National Teams - These teams compete in 4 National Qualifiers and attend 2 out of state and 2 in state qualifiers along with other tournaments.
Regional Teams - These teams compete in 3 National Qualifiers and attend 1 out of state and 2 in state qualifiers along with other tournaments.
State Teams - These teams compete in tournaments around the state typically, Orlando
Local Teams - These teams play & train locally in Brevard County. Train near where you live, Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay

STEP 2: Get AAU Membership at www.aausports.org (if you played for Cape Coast in 2025 you have one already that is good for tryouts. It must be renewed after 9/1/25.
STEP 3: Fill out an AAU Medical form - If you played for Cape Coast in 2025, we have this form already - It must be renewed after 9/1/25. If needing a blank copy you can find this on our website under 2026 Club Season tab!
STEP 4: Pay $75 tryout fee through Cash, Check, Zelle or PlayMetrics.
If paying by credit card through Square there is a 3% online convenience fee.
*If you want to pay by Cash, Check, or Zelle you can close the registration when you get to the checkout page; you do not need to pay online when registering.*
