As the longest night of the year approaches, we invite you to step into sacred stillness and connect with the quiet spark of light that lives within.
Join us for The Awakening Spark, a gentle and soul-nourishing journey through guided meditation, seasonal intention-setting, and a deeply grounding sadhana practice designed to honor Winter Solstice — a time of inward reflection, quiet renewal, and spiritual awakening.
Together, we will:
Release what no longer serves
Kindle the inner flame of awareness
Align with the natural rhythms of light and dark
Plant intentions for the season ahead
This gathering is open to all levels and traditions. Come as you are — to rest, reflect, and rekindle your spark.

Bring a journal, water, and anything you wish for your comfort (blanket, cushion, sacred object)
