Each month, we’ll gather in community to explore a single chakra through movement, breath, meditation, mudras, and mindful education—helping you connect more deeply with your body, emotions, and inner energy system.

• Breathwork and mudras that support energy flow
• Insightful teachings on the meaning and power of each chakra
• Journaling prompts, reflection, and practical tools to integrate into your daily life
