About the event

Taproom Dinner Series
Join us for another thoughtful and upscale 3 course dinner with Chef Jordan!

All food will be paired with Travois beers, and our Brewer Brady will be on hand to talk about these pairings for each course (dinner menu below).

Cocktail hour starts at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at ~7 p.m. To reserve your spot, purchase a ticket online by May 23. Dinner, dessert, and 3 beer pairings are $70 per person!

Appetizer - Pickled avocado salad with charred tomatoes, roasted corn, and crispy chili tortilla chips, served with a red pepper romesco sauce.

Main - Blue cheese perogies with a chorizo and cabbage hash.

Dessert - Cinnamon toast crunch ice cream sandwich with cinnamon dulce de leche.
