In this workshop you will learn how memories - which I call Mind Files - are formed how they relate to your belief structures and the step-by-step process of reviewing reassessing and resolving the problematic Mind Files that create blocks in your life. We'll discuss the difference between abuse dysfunction and trauma and talk about the downfalls of highly-referenced academic studies.
