Guided Nature Walk & Hot Dog Roast

Join us for a complimentary all-ages nature walk, led by park interpreter Genevieve, which will highlight local plant and animal life through the lens of queer ecology, celebrating the diverse natural world. The event begins at the Police Point Park Nature Centre at 11am. Since space is limited for the guided tour, kindly pre-register by emailing cHJhaXJpZXByaWRlZ3VpbGQgfCBnbWFpbCAhIGNvbQ== with your name and the number of people in your group (children under 4 do not count towards the capacity). The walk will last for an hour, so be prepared with suitable attire and hydration.


Following the nature walk, we will gather around the fire pit for a free hot dog and marshmallow roast. If you prefer to skip the walk but still want to take part in the communal lunch, feel free to join us. No pre-registration is necessary for the roast. We look forward to seeing you there!
