About the event

Flora & Flow (Nature & Wellness Walk)
We will be meeting at Heritage Pavilion at the end of the road. From there we will take a short, leisurely walk into nature with a stop to practice a short Forest Bathing session. Forest Bathing is about grounding yourself in nature in a mindful and meaningful way. It helps to promote mental health, wellness and relaxation. Please dress accordingly and bring water, bug spray and sunscreen, as needed. This is a free program, open to anyone who is able to sit still for 30 minutes, and is brought to you by Recovery College Medicine Hat & Medicine Hat Family Service.
