Mindful Monday Art

Mindful Monday Art (hosted by Breanna Autolitano) is a time to take part in relaxing creative activities, including make-and-take gratitude jars, cardmaking, coloring books and more! Mindful Monday Art is open to all for free, with donations graciously accepted!

Breanna’s journey began as a young girl, immersed in mindfulness practices like sitting meditation, Tai Chi, and Mindfulness Walks. As a neurodivergent mom raising nine children, Breanna understands the importance of meeting people where they are in life. Her activities at Rockafairy and beyond are designed to foster deep connections and provide a supportive environment for tackling challenges together. We believe that everyone deserves a space where they can grow, learn, and feel understood, regardless of their background or learning style.
