Hi friends,

We’re recruiting riders for Ride for a Cause on Saturday, Oct 11, 2025 (Downtown Medford)—and we want you on the ROC Sloth Bicycle Team.
Motto: We Will Get There When We Get There. Most of us are riding the 7-mile route (family-friendly), but pick any distance you like.

How to register for the ROC Sloth Bicycle Team
Go to the website (link above).

Create an account (or sign in).

Register for the ride and select your course (7, 20, 30, 43, or 63 miles) → Continue.

Fill out your personal info.

On the screen that asks “Who are you riding with?” choose ROC Recovery Team (ROC Sloth Bicycle Team).

Agree to the waiver.

Select T-shirt size and add emergency contact → Continue.

On Ride for a Cause 2025 – Charity/Fundraiser, click Charity → select ROC Recovery Center (feel free to add an optional donation).

Complete payment to finish registration.

After you register
Email or call me at ROC so I can set aside your ROC Sloth T-shirt (you’ll also receive the event T-shirt).

Ride as an individual, with the team, or as a family—all welcome!

After the ride → Celebrate!
