PROGRAM
Protecting your bone health is easier than you think. Come to this program to learn how diet, physical activity, and other lifestyle factors can affect your bone mass. While it is important to build strong bones during your formative years, it is equally important to be proactive to protect bone health into your later years as well. Join in this program to learn why bone health is so important and what action steps you can take to impact your bone health.

PRESENTER
Terry Fazio, DNP is on staff at Medford Leas and provides primary health and wellness care for Medford Leas residents. She came to Medford Leas from Virtua Health where she worked for over 25 years. She has experience with older adults in a number of different settings.
