Stroller Workout: Outdoor Series H2L Studio

Stroller Workout: Outdoor class for caregivers. ☀️A 30-minute burn, to hit your muscles and work some (more) cardio into your day. 👧🏼 Kids of all ages are welcome, littles in stroller.. big kids can hang out and play bubbles or chalk nearby. 🫧 Control chaos geared to give you some time to work out. We will meet at the back of the H2L Parking lot.

Weather permitting. Sign up in advance. Bring a stroller, blanket/toys/snacks whatever you need to survived. Wear sneakers. Mats are not required. We do have access to indoor space when it's too hot or rainy, please sign up in advance so we can alert you of any changes.
