H2L Ladies Nights 2025: Time to Shine, Ladies!
Life’s a whirlwind – work, responsibilities, and all that adulting! We get it. Sometimes, you just need a moment (or two) to breathe...and maybe shake off that stress with a little fun!
So, how about two hours of pure joy with your newest BFFs? Or, bring your ride-or-die gals and let the good times roll!
H2L is bringing it back, baby! Our Girl’s Night Series is making its long-awaited return after a little hiatus since 2020. Yep, we’re calling it – it’s “About Dam* Time to Live it Up!”
What’s it all about?
Girl’s Night is your chance to unwind, laugh, and connect with other fabulous women! Think of it as the perfect excuse to hit pause on the chaos and just enjoy life for a couple of hours.
We’re meeting once a month (usually the last Friday) from 6:30-8:30 PM. Each month will bring a fresh theme, new activities, and a fun topic to dive into. The cost? Only $30 per night. BUT, if you sign up for all 6 nights (yes, that’s 6 fabulous nights), you get the whole series for just $150 – that’s a $30 savings! Plus, if you miss one, no sweat – you’ve still got the full series covered. If you purchase the series packages, please sign up for just the 1st session and we can add you into all the rest on our end.

Stretches & Stitches- We’ll kick this night off with a 30-minute yoga session, designed for all levels, including beginners and follow it with an embroidering workshop. Like all of these events, feel free to BYOB and bring snacks if you wish! More details on this project to come.

Pilates & Painting - An Express Mat Pilates class followed by a watercolor painting workshop. We’ll paint beautiful flowers using watercolor paint, and step-by-step instructions by a professional to ensure you leave with a beautiful piece! More details on this project to come.

Cycle & Create: After a 30-minute Cycle Class we will dive into creating some healthy holistic products for your home! Teaming up with Ecoasis, we’ll have several stations you can create and take home things like room spray, cleaning wipes, hand soap and more. More to come on this later!

Tone & Treats: Enjoy a quick 30-minute Barre Class followed by mini cake decorating. Courtney will lead you and your friends through a full-body workout and then show you how to decorate with different tips and tools. Let your creative juices flow and take home a mini cake you created!. BYOB to this event; cake/sprinkles and frosting will be provided. If you are gluten-free, please message us so we can plan to accommodate you in the sweets department. Once we are done you are welcome to mingle and relax with some provided light appetizers.
