Curious about weight lifting but not sure where to start? Intro to Weight Lifting is a 4-week guided program designed to help you feel confident, capable, and comfortable in the gym.
Led by Stone Tree personal trainer Shaene Dulay, this 60-minute weekly class breaks down strength training step by step. Each week focuses on a different area of the weight room so you can learn proper form, technique, and how to safely use the equipment at your own pace.
Weekly breakdown:
Week 1: Upper Body Strength Machines
Week 2: Lower Body Strength Machines
Week 3: Dumbbells
Week 4: Racks & Benches

New to weight lifting
Returning to the gym after time away
Wanting to feel more confident using strength equipment
Looking to review proper form and technique
No experience needed — just show up as you are. You’ll leave with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to continue your strength training journey independently.
