The Compound Clash

Welcome to The Compound Clash – our first ever DEADLIFT-ONLY competition!
Join us on Sunday 28th September 2025 for a morning of heavy lifting, community energy, and a little bit of glory.

This comp is all about celebrating strength — whether you’re chasing a PB, stepping on the platform for the first time, or just keen to be part of the action.
