Safety and Security Community Night

This event is open to the entire Mead School District community and is intended to be a listening and learning session where Mead School District Safety and Security Task Force members get to hear from YOU about your concerns and suggestions for enhancing the safety and security of our students and staff.

The event will open with a brief overview of the district’s Standard Response Protocol, single point of entry information and main themes collected in a ThroughExchange survey from last June. Task Force members will then lead small group table discussions with community members to collect ideas and share them with district administrators and board members. In addition, the ideas shared will also help shape the future work of the committee. District administrators and other subject matter experts will be available to answer questions and share information regarding current practices regarding safety and security topics.
