- Make your own jar of fermented sauerkraut (choose from 2 flavor options) to take home.  
- Learn about gut health, probiotics, and Young Living products: Spearmint, Digize and Life 9.  
- Enjoy sampling 3 different kinds of sauerkraut, fermented soda, Tulsi Mint herbal tea and wholesome/ nutritious snacks.  
- Take home Young Living essential oil samples and your sauerkraut!  

- Cost: FREE 
(suggested min. donation of $10 to benefit McLoud Historical Society).

SUPPLIES LIST YOU WILL NEED TO BRING FOR THE WORKSHOP:
1 clean quart jar with lid
1 head of cabbage - Organic will be best
1 sharp chef’s type knife
1 cutting board
1 big bowl (metal or plastic)
