Hey! On July 26th come out to hike with a few locals. I am partnering with the “The Trail Forge” group on this date to demo some wilderness first aid skills after the hike. It’ll be super fun! We are promoting being out and active in our community. Bring friends if they are interested 🫶🏿🥾🌿.
