Winemaker Lunch with Elena Brooks

Join our Winemaker and Founder, Elena Brooks, for our Winemaker’s Long Table Lunch.

Indulge in a sensational 5-course lunch curated by the Wonder Room’s head chef, perfectly paired with Dandelion Vineyards wines. Each dish will celebrate seasonal local produce re-imagined by integrating our wines in the food, including a decadent Legacy of Australia Pedro Ximénez-inspired dessert.

Throughout the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to learn about the rich history of Dandelion Vineyards as Elena Brooks shares insights about our vineyards, the regions they thrive in, and an overview of the wines that have made our winery renowned.
