Troy is a breathwork facilitator with a passion for helping people reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and experience greater clarity and emotional resilience. With a background in men’s and women’s wellbeing, embodiment practices, and holistic healing, he delivers breathwork in a grounded, accessible, and deeply supportive way no previous experience required.
