Lunch Bunch - Weight, Hormones, and the Blood Sugar Connection: What Every Woman Should Know

Join us for this supportive Lunch Bunch! Dr. Eleanor Duelley will walk us through:

- Why estrogen often becomes imbalanced (or overloaded) in our 30s, 40s, and beyond
- How this affects weight, mood, cravings, and metabolism
- The blood sugar and cortisol connection to hormones—and why your afternoon crash or nighttime snack craving is more than just a habit
- How understanding basic bloodwork (like fasting glucose, estrogen patterns, thyroid, and insulin markers) can uncover what’s really going on—and what to do about it

Dr. Duelley will normalize the conversation, offer clear education, and share a few practical steps women can take right away to feel more balanced and in control of their health.

Lunch Bunch Speaker Series is an informal conversation around topics of interest to members and nonmembers. Lunch is not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
