Cold & Hot Smoking Workshop

Cold Smoking Cheese & Hot Smoking Meat
Calling all food lovers who want to learn how to cold-smoke cheese and hot-smoke meat (jerky). The workshop uses handmade terra cotta smokers to demonstrate the different techniques. The workshop includes tasting samples and experimenting with flavor recipes.

This is a food preservation workshop.

Additional Notes:

Wear closed-toe shoes
Do not wear shirts with loose/blousy sleeves
Secure loose hair
Recommended for ages 13 y.o. & up (13 yo - 18 yo must be accompanied by an adult.)
