About Project Tropa Mentorship—now entering its 4th school year (2025–2026):

Project Tropa is an FYP ATX program that equips young college professionals with the resources, skills and community for a smoother transition into the professional world.

Through workshops, mentorship and community support we aim to help the next generation of leaders confidently bring their cultural identity into their professional lives while developing leadership and essential career skills.

Whether you’re ready to sign up or just curious to learn more, join us for our Meet & Greet Mentor Mixer on Thursday, August 7 from 5:30–6:30 PM at Loro Domain.
