Yoga with Georgia

This Hatha yoga class is suitable for all levels. The hour is spent in traditional poses as well as those that strengthen and tone the muscles. With a peppering of Pilates throughout, we will focus on your large muscle groups, improving stability and balance.

This class is donation based or "pay what you wish."
