Required Documentation (Please bring originals):
• For the applicant and all household members older than 12 years of age, bring one of the following:
o State-Issued ID Card or Driver’s License with photo
o Passport
• For all children ages 12 and younger, bring one of the following:
o Birth Certificate
o Passport
o Government, school, or health document that states the child’s birth date
o Medicaid Card with the date of birth
• Proof of Address in the name of the adult applicant (bring one of the following):
o House/apartment lease
o Mortgage coupon
o Utility bill that is current or less than two months old
o Letter from a Berkeley, Charleston, or Dorchester county school for the 2025/26 school year that includes the applicant’s address
• Proof of income for the ENTIRE household (provide one of the following):
o EBT Printout or current 6-month recertification
o Proof of all household income and expenses, if you do not receive EBT
We ask that no children be present, so please plan accordingly.
Please be prepared for a possible wait outside.
Have children’s shoe and clothing sizes ready, as well as 3 wish list items.
*No requests for bicycles or electronic devices over $50
