“The art of being” solstice edition.
Join us for an evening immersed in art and sound.
Ashley has been sharing yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and sound healing for 7+ years. Come as you are and be prepared with anything you need to support your comfort for an hour of relaxation.
Ashley leads a simple guided mediation to allow for deeper relaxation then an immersion in the sounds of the gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other healing sound tools. $25 is the exchange
