Learn how to make the easiest, free form pie or "galette," as the French call them. You don’t even need a pie pan. French, flaky crust, low sugar fruit fillings and savory versions. These are simple, delicious, and light without compromising flavor. You will make your a sweet and a savory in the 3 hour class, then enjoy a meal of sweet and savory galettes with sauces and a French salad. Your instructor and hostess is Donna Van Bogaert, former WMTV's Secret Snacker.
