Learn what makes great homemade pasta and pesto. You’ll make pasta hand cut and by machine. Sample different kinds of pesto and learn more about the different how to use it in your menus and food preparation. You’ll take what you’ve learned and make your own pesto using fresh ingredients (including some from the Villa Lucci Victory Garden) and our house basic pesto recipe. After the work is done, you'll dine on a Villa Lucci Italian meal. Your guide for this culinary adventure is WMTV's former Secret Snacker.
