Sacred Waters: Emotional Release & Renewal is a women’s circle infused with the powerful energy of the water element. Gentle, intuitive, and purifying.
Through shared ritual, heartfelt connection, and a deeply restorative sound bath, we will create space to release the emotional weight we’ve been carrying and call in softness, trust, and renewal.
This evening is not about fixing or forcing. It’s about flowing, surrendering, and remembering the strength that lives in your vulnerability.
What to Expect:
• Opening ritual with an oracle card pull & intention setting
• Gentle guided meditation invoking the healing power of water
• Yoga Nidra to fully relax and unwind
• Sound bath journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum
• Sacred sharing circle to connect and reflect
• Closing with collective affirmation & sisterhood blessing
This circle is for you if you are:
• Longing to release emotional heaviness or overwhelm
• Craving a space of authentic connection with other women
• Seeking to deepen your relationship with your intuition and emotions
• Ready to soften, surrender, and step into a space of self-nurturing
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or blankets
• Pillows (the more the merrier) and anything cozy for your comfort
• Any sacred item you’d like to place on the communal altar
