Join us for everyone's favorite howl-o-ween event: the Humane Society of Buffalo Trace's Pet Costume Contest!
This event falls during the Maysville Main Street's Downtown Trick-or-Treat event on the Saturday before Halloween. This year, that's Saturday, October 25! The contest will be at the Second Street Mall on West Second Street (across from the Bank of Maysville). Registration begins at 11:30 AM and the judging starts at noon.
The Pet Costume Contest is free to watch, and $5 per pet entered into the competition. All proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Buffalo Trace, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that helps local animals in need.

Any pet that is safe to be around other animals and people can enter the competition. Costumes must be safe and comfortable. We want everyone, pets included, to enjoy this event!
Categories include: funniest, cutest, spookiest, best pet + person pair, and best group costume for a group that has at least two pets in it. There will be prizes for the winners!
