Step into a powerful evening of release, restoration, and reconnection.

This 2 hour immersive workshop is designed to guide you through deep emotional healing in a safe and supportive space.

Together, we’ll move through practices that gently unravel stored trauma and energetic blockages, allowing space for clarity, calm, and inner peace to emerge.

What’s Included:

A 1-hour therapeutic sound bath with 1-on-1 hands on trauma healing for each participant.

Yoga Nidra to promote deep rest and nervous system regulation

A guided meditation to ground and open the healing process

A connection & sharing circle to honor your voice and build community

This intimate experience is limited to only 4 participants, ensuring each person receives personal attention and care.
