Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is an ancient scientific technique in health and wellbeing.

Scientific research on Yoga Nidra has shown positive results and benefits such as better relaxation, concentration, effortless happiness, less anxiety and depression, and increased wellbeing.

Join Beth Lewis for a blissful evening of relaxation, rejuvenation and rest. Beth will offer a Yoga Nidra meditation.

Please bring a fluffy pillow and warm blanket or sweatshirt, or both!
