NOTE: No canopies may be set up before 4PM on Friday, May 15. No reservations of spaces in the designated canopy zone prior to 4PM on Friday, May 15.    

Saturday Beach Music Festival FAQs:
-AB BMF and ABFD Merch For Sale (cash and card)
-You can purchase 2026 AB BMF merchandise at the festival! 
  -The ABFD will be selling items in the tent adjacent to the beer sales from 11 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
  -Short-Sleeve AB BMF T-Shirts: $25
  -Short-Sleeve ABFD T-Shirts: $25
  -Beach Towels: $25
  -Tank Tops: $20
Supplies are limited, so be sure to visit the t-shirt tent when the festival begins!

Weather
The Beach Music Festival is a RAIN or SHINE event. The festival would only be canceled in the event of severe weather. All festival updates will be posted on our website and Facebook.

Tents/Canopies
No canopies set up before Friday at 4 p.m.  To maintain open viewing, NO tents/canopies with side walls are permitted.
The first row of canopy spaces is reserved for Beach Music Festival Platinum and Diamond sponsors. Canopy frames (not the fabric) may be erected behind the reserved first row after 4 p.m. on Friday, May 15, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Prior to Friday at 4 p.m., to maintain a fair system, no entry or reserving spaces is permitted in the designated roped off canopy area.
Canopies set up before 4 p.m. on Friday will be dismantled and removed by Town staff. Placement of canopies/frames on the beach strand left unattended after 4 p.m. on Friday is done at the owner’s risk.
All canopies and frames must be removed on the evening of Saturday, May 16.

Tickets, Pets, Glass Containers
Admission is free, tickets are not required, and pets and glass containers are prohibited. If someone offers to sell you a ticket to the Beach Music Festival please consider it fraud!

Beer Sales and Food Trucks
AB Volunteer Fire Department will be selling beer and water as a fundraiser adjacent to the AB BMF and ABVFD merchandise tent.
Food trucks will be on-site during the festival, located on either side of the stage!

Coolers and snacks are welcome – no glass permitted.

Parking and Shuttle Service Information:
Paid parking is available at the Circle, but spots are limited.

Free shuttles are provided to and from these parking lots to the festival!
Shuttles will be running from 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
If you plan to take advantage of our shuttles, please be mindful of the bus rules. Coolers are limited to 32 quarts or smaller and may be inspected by the driver; no glass. Large carry-on knapsacks or bags will be inspected by drivers. Limit of one folding chair per person. No open containers or any type of beverage will be allowed on the shuttle. Lastly, the drivers reserve the right to refuse to transport anyone who refuses or fails to follow the rules.
