Ease & Exhale is a gentle, beginner-friendly breathwork series designed to help participants slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of calm.
Each 60-minute class offers simple, accessible breathing and mindfulness practices that support relaxation and nervous system balance. No prior breathwork, meditation, or yoga experience is required.
This series is ideal for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or curious about using the breath as a supportive daily tool.
Week 1 — Belly Breathing for Grounding & Safety
Week one introduces gentle belly breathing as a way to slow down and reconnect with the body.
Week 2 — Beginner Meditation: Learning to Sit With the Breath
Week two introduces beginner-friendly meditation using the breath as a gentle anchor.
Participants learn that meditation is not about stopping thoughts, but about noticing and returning — with kindness and patience.
Week 3 - Metta Breathwork for Ease & Compassion
Week three introduces Metta (loving-kindness) breathwork, pairing gentle breathing with simple, supportive phrases.
Week 4 — Integration & Review: Finding Your Breath
The final week reviews all practices from the series and helps participants identify which techniques feel most supportive for them. The class offers a gentle flow through belly breathing, meditation, and metta breathwork, followed by reflection and rest.
