The Training Academy is a vital step for those who wish to teach district-level training programs. If you’re passionate about Royal Rangers and want to take on a more significant role, this is for you! To attend the Training Academy, you’ll need to meet a few basic qualifications:
1. Successfully complete the Advanced level of the Outpost Leader Advancement Levels (OLAL).
2. Read through the Royal Rangers Leader Manual.
3. Serve as an assistant instructor for at least three sessions of the Ranger Foundations Classroom Experience and/or Ranger Essentials at a district training event. This must be done with a certified Instructor Trainer (IT), who will complete an evaluation after each session.
