The Maxton Ultimate Reunion is a celebration of alumni from R.B. Dean, Maxton High, West Robeson, and Purnell Swett. It's a day of reconnection, school pride, and community impact-supporting scholarships for Maxton youth and honoring our legacy.
Who Can Attend?
Alumni and their guests are welcome. All attendees must be included on the group registration form.
One form per class, submitted by the Group Lead.
Registration Guidelines
All attendees must be 21+
Pre-registration is required
Wristbands required for entry
Cleanup required to avoid forfeiting deposits
Submit honoree names and names of deceased classmates for the Memorial Wall with registration.
Tailgate packets may be picked up on Friday, Sept. 26 (5-7 PM) at the mayor’s welcome which will be held for group leads. This event will be hosted by the mayor, Chris Bethea at his home in Maxton.
Tailgate Plot Pricing & Vendor Info:
Tent purchases must be made by August 31, 2025. No onsite purchases will be accepted.
Taxes and processing fees will be applied at Eventbrite checkout.
A $50.00 deposit is included in each class plot fee and will be refunded if the area is cleaned properly after the event.
Prices for plots are basically $10.00 per person. Below are the prices for the class group:
- Class Plot (up to 10 people): $150.00 (Tent Size: 10x10)
- Class Plot (up to 20 people): $250.00 (Tent Size: 10x20)
- Class Plot (up to 30 people): $350.00 (Tent Size: 20x20)
- Class Plot (40+ people): $450.00 (Tent Size: 20x20)
Vendor Space: $40.00

Memorial & Scholarships
Submit names of deceased classmates for the Memorial Wall.
The Scholarship amount will be announce this year & awarded to student in May 2026. A scholarship committee will be created and will be comprised of educators from maxton.
Safety & Security
Security will be provided by Maxton Police Department and private security staff. Wristbands will be checked at entry.
Clean-Up & Deposit Policy
Each class must bring black trash bags. Trash must be disposed in designated dumpsters. Groups that leave trash behind will forfeit their $50 deposit.

Dress Code: Black & Gold (Black is required)
Entry: Tailgate wristband required. An additional wristband for the Afterparty will be issued.
No door sales - online ticket purchase only.
No outside beverages - service available on-site
