Yoga

Yoga starts up again next Tuesday night @ 6:15! We'll have classes for 8 weeks leading up to the holidays. Register and view the full schedule at www.havenbodywork.com, or just drop in to a class. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

It's good for your body and soul, and it's FREE!!! $10 suggested donation goes towards local animal shelters and art scholarships. Classes take place upstairs in the gallery at Oh Arts in Mauston, WI. Contact Tess (text 608-515-8259, or email ) with questions.
