Master Naturalist Tree Fest

Celebrate Tree Fest with the local Master Naturalists and explore the fascinating world of trees! As you stroll through the beautiful grounds of Douglas-Hart Nature Center, you’ll uncover fun facts about trees, galls, acorns, and more.

Pre-registered participants will receive a Tree Fest passport to collect interesting facts at each station—complete your passport and earn a prize!

Join us on September 27, 2025, at Douglas-Hart Nature Center, 2204 Dewitt Ave. E., Mattoon. Hikes start at 9:00 AM with the last hike leaving at 10:15 AM.
