Grief & Loss Conversations

This October and November, join licensed Christian therapists from our congregation for a series of meaningful sessions on grief. On consecutive Sundays beginning October 5 through November 9, we will hold six sessions that are independent of one another (you can attend one, a few, or all.)

Topics include: The Grief Process, Making Room for Difficult Emotions, Surviving Others’ Good Intentions, The Grieving Teen, The Grieving Child, and Disenfranchised Grief. These conversations are for individuals currently navigating grief and for caregivers of those who are grieving––especially children and teenagers.

Each session will include 20–30 minutes of teaching, 15–20 minutes of Q&A, and 20–30 minutes of conversation along with coffee. You’re welcome to simply listen, or to share as you feel comfortable—there is no expectation to share unless you desire.
