A Space for Those Experiencing Grief

🕊️ We recognize the need to care for our mental health and that some can “feel blue” during the holidays. Dealing with the death of a loved one, facing life after divorce or separation, coping with a job loss, living with an illness, and other situations out of our control can make this season challenging.

Matthews UMC accepts where each individual right where they are and offers a sacred, reflective space with healing and hope.
