アスワク×Startup Weekendのスペシャルイベントを開催します！

ゲストに、「建設業界」より、XをはじめとするSNSやメディアで注目を集め、様々な取り組みをスタートしている北海道の老舗建設会社「西村組」の４代目、西村幸志郎さんをお迎えし、「人とまち」にスポットを当てお話を聞いていきます。人口約8,000人の北海道湧別町で、多くの人材の採用を実現し、今までになかった宿や飲食店も展開されています。自分の生き方に誇りをもち、何を目指し、何を大切に考えて事業をされているのか。
今回の企画を通して、参加される皆様が「何か始めたい」「ワクワクを探したい」「もっと熱くなりたい」と前に進むきっかけになれば嬉しいです。
