Secret Freedoms Open Evening event
Our Freedom: Then & Now – celebrate our freedom today by helping us uncover hidden secrets and stories from WWII in an exciting national project! Join LEVEL for a unique opportunity alongside 80 art centres, libraries and museums across the UK, reflecting on what freedom means 80 years after the end of the Second World War.

At LEVEL Centre, we’re focusing our project on ‘Secret Freedoms’ – inspired by Matlock’s fascinating World War II history – home to the School of Military Intelligence, and the Matlock Secret Army! Do you have a secret story to share? What hidden histories could you help us uncover?
