NCT Antenatal Course

NCT courses don't just focus on how to have a positive birth, whether that is straight forward or with interventions. We also talk about becoming a parent, what to expect, breastfeeding, and practical baby care.

We focus on giving you knowledge that you can trust so you can confidently make decisions that are right for you and your family.
NCT courses are evidence based, they give you the information that you need to make informed decisions, and our classes are interactive and fun!

The Matlock courses run over 4 weeks on Tuesday evenings, including one Saturday. The dates here are the first sessions for the few courses (the July course starts on a Wednesday).
